TRX Whole Body Blast

by Nicole Cress

TRX Whole Body Blast

TRX Suspension training can be a nice alternate to a tradition weight machine or dumbbell workout. You will be surprised at how much strength and flexibility is required in what seems to be simple moves. You will use your whole body weight and engage multiple muscle groups at the same time. All exercises become core stabilization exercises- I LOVE that! You are focused to work on your balance as you are challenging your center of gravity. Remember that if something seems to be too difficult you can widen your base of support until you master the move or build more strength.

All exercises are to be performed as a circuit. You do not rest until the end of the circuit. Rest 1-2 mins and repeat 3-4x.
